Independent and non-affiliated
PSITE Q-Bank is an independent educational tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or associated with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (“ASPS”), the American Board of Plastic Surgery (“ABPS”), or any official licensing, certification, examination, or professional body.
PSITE, ASPS, ABPS, SESAPS, TrueLearn, textbook titles, publisher names, and other third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners. Their descriptive mention does not imply ownership, authorization, sponsorship, or endorsement.
No official or recalled examination content
The Service is not an official examination and does not claim to reproduce official examination questions. Its content policy requires question stems, answer choices, explanations, teaching material, tables, and diagrams to be independently authored. Topics and general concepts may be informed by educational literature and publicly available subject areas.
Users and contributors must not submit or distribute recalled questions, active examination material, content protected by an examination nondisclosure agreement, or copied content from official exams, textbooks, SESAPS, TrueLearn, or other proprietary question banks. Concerns about a specific item may be reported to mustafa.khan41@gmail.com without reproducing secure or confidential material.
No medical advice or standard of care
Questions and explanations are simplified for learning and may omit facts that would matter in actual patient care. They must not be used to diagnose, treat, counsel, operate on, or otherwise manage a patient. Clinical decisions must be based on the complete patient presentation, current primary literature and guidelines, applicable law and institutional policy, and consultation with appropriately qualified supervising or treating clinicians.
Accuracy and changing evidence
Medicine and surgery evolve, and reasonable experts may differ. Although content is reviewed and corrections may be made, the Service does not warrant that every answer, explanation, diagram, reference, or teaching point is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. If you identify a possible error, use the in-app reporting function.
No examination-performance guarantee
The Service does not know or represent what will appear on any official examination. Question-bank performance does not guarantee or predict eligibility, certification, an examination score, or a passing outcome.
Use at your own risk
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators, authors, contributors, and service providers disclaim liability arising from reliance on the educational content, clinical use, examination outcomes, technical failures, downtime, synchronization errors, or data loss. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
