Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: July 26, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PSITEQbank.org and its question-bank application (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or selecting “I Agree,” you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Legal & Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Independent educational service
The Service is an independently developed educational study aid. It is not an official examination product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or associated with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (“ASPS”), the American Board of Plastic Surgery (“ABPS”), or any other licensing, certification, examination, or professional body.
References to PSITE, ASPS, ABPS, SESAPS, TrueLearn, publishers, textbooks, and other third-party names are descriptive only. All third-party names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. No license, sponsorship, or endorsement is claimed or implied.
2. Educational use only
The Service is provided only for academic study, professional education, and examination preparation. It is not medical advice, clinical decision support, a treatment recommendation, or a statement of the standard of care. You must not rely on it to diagnose, treat, or manage a patient. See the Legal & Medical Disclaimer.
3. Original-content and examination-security policy
The Service’s content policy requires question stems, answer options, explanations, teaching modules, tables, and diagrams to be independently authored. Topics and general medical concepts may be informed by educational literature and publicly available subject areas, but official examination questions and proprietary question-bank content may not be copied, reconstructed, distributed, or submitted to the Service.
You agree that you will not use reports, feedback fields, messages, or any other part of the Service to:
- submit or reconstruct an active, secure, or recalled examination question;
- share material obtained subject to a nondisclosure or examination-security agreement;
- copy content from an official examination, SESAPS, TrueLearn, a textbook, or another proprietary question bank;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights; or
- circumvent examination-security controls or assist another person in doing so.
We may review, remove, or restrict content or accounts when necessary to address a credible intellectual-property, confidentiality, or examination-security concern.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must provide accurate information, use the Service lawfully, and refrain from disrupting, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service or its question bank except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts.
5. Content ownership and limited permission
Except for third-party names and materials identified as belonging to their respective owners, the Service and its independently authored content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Service for individual educational study. This does not permit republication, sale, automated extraction, creation of a competing question bank, or public distribution.
6. Reports and feedback
If you submit a question report or feedback, you grant the Service permission to use that submission to evaluate and improve the question bank. Do not include patient identifiers, confidential information, recalled examination content, or material you do not have the right to submit.
7. Availability, accuracy, and changes
Medical knowledge, guidelines, terminology, and examination formats change. We may correct, replace, add, or remove content and may modify or discontinue features without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of study progress, compatibility with every device, or any particular examination result.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, or examination performance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service’s operators, authors, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from content errors, reliance on educational information, clinical decisions, examination outcomes, downtime, failed synchronization, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may use the in-app account-deletion option to request deletion of your account and associated cloud data. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risks, infringement, examination-security concerns, or violations of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, or our practices. Material changes may require renewed in-app acknowledgment. The effective date above identifies the current version.
12. Contact
Questions, privacy requests, and intellectual-property or examination-security concerns may be sent to mustafa.khan41@gmail.com. Please identify the specific content and describe the basis of the concern without reproducing confidential or secure examination material.
